Full colour printing technique

We at SeeSoo Optics offer various printing techniques of which one is full colour printing. Here we combine digital printing technology with the heat transfer process. Due to this combination we can print high resolution images as well as personalized artwork both fast and cost-efficient. Utilizing the digital printing technology the process is perfectly matched to print small and mid-size orders as per 320 pieces.
This print uses a four colour process (CMYK) on white PET and white RPET bottles only.
Good to know: We emphasize a harmless and sustainable process. Therefore the heat transfer decals contain no VOCs, no heavy metals, no UV-curing monomers and no other critical ingredients. On top of that the carrier material can be easily recycled.
1,2,3 colour silkscreen printing technology
Silk screening is a beautiful and luxurious way of presenting bottles. It shows class, clean designs and it’s very durable. Silk screening can be done on all of our bottles and shows your customers that you stand for quality. You can chose one, two or three PMS colours with this technique.

What is Silkscreen Printing?
It is a printing technique for decorating directly on SeeSoo bottles. The screen printing process involves forcing ink through a silkscreen that has been photographically treated. For this process we make a film and silk that we keep in stock per customer. The process can be used for both one colour and multi-coloured prints on all SeeSoo coloured bottles.
Silk-screened bottles enable your products to stand out from the variety of competing products. It is unique with regard to creativity and design, as it gives you the chance to combine the beauty of the bottle to create compelling designs and colour effects.
Printing a photo is not possible with silk-screen printing.
Labels
Labels are also a great way to present your product. As an option between full colour printing and silk screening, SeeSoo labels fill up the gap. Labels can be printed full colour to show your brand in the best possible way. Per customer and partner we like to discuss this option with regard to the order quantities.
Sustainable Label
We at SeeSoo are very proud that we are able to bring an environmentally friendly label. In 2016 we entered into a partnership with Braskem and Avery Dennison who developed a Sugar Cane Based Label. For non-transparent labels this is the sustainable solution we offer. The label is made from left over sugarcane that is transformed into bio-ethanol. This means that the label is safe for the environment and biodegradable. It has a lower carbon footprint than traditional labels!
Transparent labels
Transparent labels are also an option. However, these cannot yet be made from the bio based solution. Therefore we need to switch to the traditional line, which we are happy to do if our customers wish so.
Do you need branding & artwork support?
SeeSoo Optics offers a full service concept for your bottles. We can assist you in the following ways:
OPTION 1:
The complete branding & design process by SeeSoo Optics
This is a custom made process in which we assist you with the complete branding process. Your current corporate image should be translated into the design of the concept and bottle. You can use the bottle to communicate what is important to you.
We can help to assist you with the bottle choice and colour. We can make the design of the decors and labels for you. Together we determine the content, languages etc. We can also help create the right accessories (like cloths, pouches) with our wholesale partners for a complete and consistent line. The total hours this process takes will be budgeted and charged.
- Does it need to be in line with your Corporate Image?
- What size of bottles do you want to sell and/or give away to customers?
- What is a normal estimated numbers of bottles you sell or expect to sell annually.
- Choice of the bottle and the spray. For large volumes we are also able to develop a custom made bottle. We can even deliver a sustainable bottle made from sugar cane!
- Is it just a company logo that needs to be on the bottle? SeeSoo has a standard position where the logo will be placed.
- Does the décor or label need to be full colour?
- Choice of the design option. Does it need to be a Label, Print or Silk Screen solution? Depending on the choice of design we suggest the best decor solution.
- For every process the requested timeline in bringing products to the market needs to be taken into account.
- The cost of this service is a custom process on an hourly basis and also based on the number of bottles you wish to order.
OPTION 2:
You provide us with logo’s and design – We will always check if it meets the requirements to ensure the best quality.
The following questions need to be answered:
- Choice of the bottle and the spray.
- Determining the estimated numbers of the annual volume.
- Is it just a company logo that needs to be on the bottle? SeeSoo has a standard position where the logo will be placed.
- Does the décor or label need to be full colour?
- Choice of the design option. Does it need to be a Label, Print or Silk Screen solution? Depending on the choice SeeSoo suggests the best decor solution.
- For every process the requested timeline in bringing products to the market needs to be taken into account.
The cost of this service is a custom process on an hourly basis and also based on the number of bottles you wish to order.
